Your project details
Gharana Design Works, operated by Ar. Pawan Kumar Verma, collects the name, phone/WhatsApp number, email, project location, requirements, budget, timeline, role and preferences you send us so we can assess your enquiry and discuss a suitable service with you.
How we use them
We use your details to review service fit, prepare a response and follow up by WhatsApp, phone or email about your project where you have agreed. Sending an enquiry does not verify your contact information or confirm a booking. Do not include passwords, identity documents, financial account details or information unrelated to the design enquiry.
Storage and access
This website does not store your enquiry. The enquiry form places your details into a WhatsApp message or email on your own device; they are only sent to us when you send that message. Enquiries we receive are kept in our WhatsApp Business account and email, and may be copied into our private sales register. Our messaging, email and hosting providers process information needed to provide those services. Access to enquiry records is restricted to the business operator and the tools used to manage enquiries. We do not publish or sell your contact details.
This website does not add advertising trackers. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and hosting providers may keep operational and security logs.
Contact preferences and removal
To correct details, request access or removal, or stop follow-ups, contact us on WhatsApp at +91 94907 99265 or email pawan@gharanadesign.com. You can also reply “STOP” to a project follow-up. We may need to verify the request before disclosing or changing personal information.
We keep active enquiries while discussing your project and review inactive enquiries for removal. Necessary commercial records and minimal suppression records may be retained separately. No project file upload is needed for a first enquiry; for Vastu reviews, we’ll request a legible plan and north direction after the first discussion.
